Overview

The road from Hunza climbs past Passu Cones, Sost and the national park gate to the border marker at Khunjerab.

Wildlife including ibex, marmots and occasionally snow leopard tracks make the park as interesting as the pass itself.

Best time to visit

Usually open May to November, subject to snow.
